Soulful Steps: Into Autumn
Compass Point Prayer
This is the compass prayer we'll be using for Soulful Steps: Into Autumn. Three lines of scripture at each of the four points of the compass.
I've split each line in two: breathe in the first half of the line, and breathe out the second half of the line. Don't try to speak the words yourself, just 'breathe' them (or listen to me on the audio above). After each compass point, take a breath, and then turn slowly toward the next, and continue!

As surely as the sun will rise / You will come to us (Hosea 6.3)
Abide, Lord / in me
As I abide / in You (John 15.4)

Hem me in / behind, before. (Ps 139)
How abundant / is your goodness! (Ps 31.19)

A time to mourn / a time to dance
A time to plant / a time to reap. (Ecclesiastes 3.)
